Do you mean 8n3+10n2+3n=0?

If so:

n(8n2+10n+3)=0=n(4n+3)(2n+1), so n=0, -¾, or -½, because either n=0; 4n+3=0, 4n=-3, n=-¾; or 2n+1=0, 2n=-1, n=-½.
