yer parens dont balans, so me assume thats spozed tu be

-3(2x+9) -3(3x-7) = 4x+6(2x-8)

-6x -27 -9x +21=4x +12x -48

-6x -9x -4x -12x=27-21 -48

31x=6-48=-42

x=-42/31

x=-1.3548387
