-21+2v=7v-4(5v-6) use PEMDAS

-21 + 2v = 7v -20v + 24 distribute -4

-21 + 2v = -13v + 24 combine common terms

2v = -13v + 45 add 21 to both sides

15v = 45 add 13v to both sides

v = 3 divide by 15 on both sides
