5y +2x^2 +6x+10=0

so 5y=-2x^2 -6x -10

y=-(2/5)x^2 -(6/5)x -2

or -0.4x^2 -1.2x -2

dy/dx=-0.8x -1.2...set tu zero, x=+1.2/-0.8=-1.5

so horizontal tangent at x=-1.5...& y=-1.1, point=(-1.5, -1.1)

sins y=-sumthing*x^2, parabola go DOWN
