The concept is to create a parabolic trough such that the center of gravity is also the focus point.  This provides for a fixed axel which is also the focus point so that the working fluid does not need any rotating couplings, and the power required to rotate the trough around the axel/focus point is only that necessary to overcome friction and inertia.
