The 3.14 represents Pi.    I would have used Pi, but I could not find the symbol for Pi.

y=-15*kosine[3.1415935/3)t]+21

offset=21

"amplitude"=15 or 30, depending tu hu make the rules

yu hav kosine(1.04719755 t)

so time for it tu go thru 1 cycle ...1.04719755=2pi

or (pi/3)t=2pi, to t=(3/pi)*2pi=6...time=6 wotevers

so period=1/6
