=>2a^2+13a-24=0 =>2a^2+16a-3a-24=0. ...........(24*2=48=2*2*2*2*3) =>2a(a+8)-3(a+8)=0 =>(2a-3)(a+8)=0 =>2a-3=0 or =>a+8=0 =>a=3\2 or =>a=-8,ans.
