If I use x=-b/2a, I get a 0 on top because there's no b. Does this mean the vertex is 0,0?

Me assume that stuf shood be y=(-9/5)x^2

then dy/dx=-(18/5)x...slope av kerv

slope=0 at x=0....& y=0
