The Venn diagram for the two sets would show U as a big circle containing a smaller circle representing A, which is a subset of U. So the intersect of A and U is A={1 2 3}. If A' is meant to represent the set of everything other than A then the intersect of A with A' is the empty set {}. If the question is: what is the intersect of U and A'?, the answer is {4 5}, because this set contains the elements not included within A.
