I interpret this as: in a triangle lmn angle m is bisected by a line mo where o lies on side ln. The angle lmn = 5x-21 degrees and the angle lmo=nmo=(5x-21)/2=x+30. So, 5x-21=2(x+30)=2x+60; 3x=81 so x=27. Therefore lmo=nmo=x+30=27+30=57 degrees.
