We are given that,

DE = 2x + 4

EF = 3x

E is the mid-point of DF.

Since E is the mid-point of DF, then DE = EF.

Since DE = EF then 2x + 4 = 3x.

Since 2x + 4 = 3x then x = 4.

Since x = 4 then DE = 12, EF = 12, DF = 24
