(x+1)(3x-5y) are the complete factors

Expand the brackets: 5xa-ya-3xa-5ya. Collect the like terms together: 2xa-6ya.

Now we can factorise again if required: 2a(x-3y). The order of multiplication doesn't matter because xa=ax and ya=ay.
