I assume that median MD bisects SP at M and RQ at D, so RD=DQ=6, and RQ=12=RD+DQ.

SP=4(x-2), SM=MP and SP=RQ (because it’s an isosceles trapezoid), so SM=MP=6=½SP=2(x-1).

Therefore 2(x-1)=6, x-1=3, x=4.
