???????????????????? "vertex" ??????????? iz zat the top ???????????

??????????????? "2x2" ?????????????? iz zat spozed tu be 2*x^2 ??????????

if y=-2x^2 -x+3, then dy/dx=-4x -1...tangent

set tangent=0...-4x=1, so x=-1/4

evaluate y at x=-1/4...-2x^2...-2/16 or -1/8; -x=+1/4, so y=3 & 1/8=3.125
