that 3 is a double root means that (3,0) is the vertex, the minimum of this parabola

x=3 is the axis of symmetry

if (0,9) is the y-intercept, then (6,9) is also on the graph

(2,1) and (4,1) are on the graph (equidistant from the axis of symmetry)
